But How Did He Make Her Money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one? Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new. In other words, it’s a wide-open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works: You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet. You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

Kristen Anne Bell is a Michigan-born actress who works in Hollywood. While still a student at New York’s Tisch School of the Arts, Bell got her start in acting by appearing in several theater shows.

early Life

Kristen Anne Bell was born on the 18th of July, 1980, in Michigan. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell.  Her father was a television news director in Las Vegas, thus her family had some ties to the entertainment world. Her mother on the other hand was a nurse. For reasons that are still unclear, Bell’s parents divorced when she was barely two years old. Sara and Jody are her half-siblings since both of her parents remarried after their divorces.

‘Shrine Catholic High School’ in Royal Oak was the high school she attended when her parents took her out of public school. At school, she was a member of both the Drama and Music Clubs.

During her stay at this private school, Kristen Bell fell in love with drama and performing, and she was often cast in the major roles in the school’s theatrical performances. In 1997, she played Dorothy Gale in the school’s production of The Wizard of Oz, as well as performing in a number of other performances.

Bell was fascinated with acting from a young age. She was cast in a local theater play of Raggedy Ann and Andy when she was only 11 years old. Her mother, Lorelei, helped her get an agent at the age of 13 so she could begin auditioning for movie parts. By 1998, she had her first movie role, though uncredited, in Polish Wedding, which was locally filmed.

After she graduated, she followed her love of theater to New York, where she went to the Tisch School of Arts at New York University and majored in musical theater. She left in 2001, when she was only a few credits away from graduating, to play Becky Thatcher in the musical version of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer on Broadway.

Kristen began dating her husband Dax Shepard an actor, also from Detroit. They declared their engagement in January 2010 and delayed marriage until the state legalized same-sex marriage.

She started acting professionally while she was a student at New York’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she led stage productions.

In 2001, she stopped going to school to play Becky Thatcher in the Broadway musical “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.” Later on, she was given her first credit for a small part in “Pootie Tang.”

In 2002, she was in a revival of the Broadway play “The Crucible” with Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis. She moved to Los Angeles, California, that same year and got a few guest spots on TV shows.

In 2005’s “Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical,” she played Mary Lane again. She sang the theme song from “Fame” at the 57th “Annual Primetime Emmy Awards” in September of the same year.

In ‘Pulse,’ a remake of the Japanese horror film ‘Kairo’ from 2006, she played the main character, Mattie. Even though the movie made $27.9 million around the world, critics did not like it.

In 2012, she was in the movie “Big Miracle.” She played Jeannie van der Hooven on the show “House of Lies.” The next year, she was in “The Lifeguard”.

The films Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Fanboys also included her. She also got into the video game business, doing motion-capture and voice acting for many Assassin’s Creed series.

In addition to her work in the performing arts, she also serves the community as an advocate for mental health issues. As a public figure, she has talked openly about her mental health issues via her platform.

According to an Insider, Kristen Bell has been a vegetarian since she was only 11 years old and works with animal rights organizations. After seeing the documentary “Forks Over Knives,” concerning degenerative illnesses and their relation to consuming animal-based foods, in 2012, she supposedly became a vegan.
