But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

His mother cared for him and his older brother from a young age. Rap and hip-hop music were banned from his listening, while rock music and pop were okay.

In the course of playing video games, he heard songs from Blink-182, Black Sabbath, Billy Idol, & Fall Out Boy. He began playing the piano at the age of four and went on to master the guitar and drums.

He was also a member of the high school band, where he played the trumpet. Juice Wrld was a serious drug user throughout his youth and teens.

He started drinking lean, a mixture of hydrocodone cough medication and soda, in the sixth grade. It wasn’t long before his addiction spiraled out of control.

It was during his time in high school that he began composing music on his iPhone and uploading it on the Soundcloud website.’ Despite his musical prowess and desire, he didn’t begin rapping until he was sixteen years old.

With the encouragement of friends, he decided to pursue freestyle as a career. Chief Keef was one of his initial influences and favorite musicians when he began recording & listening to more rap. He has cited Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, Eminem, and Odd Future as influences on his own sound.

Juice Wrld penned and produced his debut song, “Forever,” as a sophomore in high school and released it on Soundcloud in 2015. It was inspired by his adoration for Tupac Shakur, who appeared in the film “Juice,” and he went by JuicetheKidd on social media.

Having established himself as a more well-known musician, he chose the moniker “Juice wrld” to signify his ascent to global dominance. Soundcloud listeners had already taken notice of his distinct approach and it was only a matter of time before a record company made contact with him.

The single “Lucid Dreams” from Juice Wrld’s debut full-length album “9, 9, 9” was released in the summer of 2017. It was not long after the publication of this album that other hip-hop musicians, such as Waka Flocka Flame and Chicago rapper Lil Bibby, began to take notice of him.

His first album, “All Girls Are the Same,” was released in the fall of 2013 and was co-produced by Lil Bibby’s Grade A Productions studio. After releasing a music video (directed by Cole Bennett) for the single in early 2018, he got a $3 million deal with Interscope Records, becoming one of hip-most hop’s prominent artists.

In May of last year, Juice Wrld released a video for his song “Lucid Dreams” as a single. It reached at no. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in its first week of release. His albums Death Race for Love and Legends Never Die (third studio album) were also famous before.

The Nicki Wrld Tour was the name of Juice Wrld’s globe tour with Nicki Minaj. While it generally takes years to achieve, Juice Wrld was able to co-headline the tour thanks to the success of ‘Lucid Dream’. Later that month, he released his debut studio album, “Goodbye & Good Riddance,” which was his first full-length release.
