Ice Cube Net Worth Update

But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

Ice Cube is a multi-talented entertainer who makes his living as a rapper, actor, producer, and entrepreneur in the United States. Ice Cube’s net worth is at $160 million.

Ice Cube has grown from a West Coast gangsta rap pioneer to one of Hollywood’s most influential figures today.

His rap group, C.I.A., was created at the age of 17 in 1986. He formed N.W.A. with Dr. Dre and Eazy-E in the following year. Until 1989, he had been a member of NWA.

Ice Cube left N.W.A and had begun a solo career. Ice Cube wrote Dr. Dre’s rhymes, as well as Eazy-E’s.

A extremely successful solo career followed his initial fame and wealth as a member of NWA. In addition, he has acted in, produced, and written for several films.

American rapper, actor, writer, director, and producer O’Shea Jackson goes by Ice Cube under his stage name. Because his older brother had threatened to put him in a freezer and leave him there until he turned to ice, he got the moniker for his stage persona.

early Life

A young O’Shea Jackson Sr. was born in the Baldwins section of South Central Los Angeles on June 15, 1969. Before he was born, his parents, Hosea and Doris Jackson, both worked as hospital clerks and custodians.

To whom he owes the name Clyde, his older brother, is his inspiration. He claimed “he’d slam the door on me and take me out as soon as I became an ice cube.”

As soon as I started using it, “it just sort of stayed.” Jackson spoke on this on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Teachers at Washington Preparatory High School exposed Jackson to rapping during his ninth-grade year. It was during a typing lesson that they poked fun of each other by reciting stupid rhymes to one other.

The group N.W.A., which includes Eazy-E, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Arabian Prince, was formed after he graduated from high school. He began writing and recording songs with the group.

The next year, Jackson traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, where he attended the Phoenix Institute of Technology and graduated with a certificate in architectural design.

He would return to his native country shortly after to devote all of his time to music. His hip-hop group will go on to become one of the most successful ever, so architecture was unnecessary.

C.I.A. was created by Ice Cube and Sir Jinx, a close buddy. They played at Dr. Dre’s events all throughout Los Angeles.

“My Posse,” a Dr. Dre-produced hit by Ice Cube and the NWA, was released in 1987. A rap song he’d written, “Boyz-n-the-Hood,” was given to Eazy-E by Ice Cube, who originally dissed the lyrics.

N.W.A. and the Posse’s first album, which also featured Dr. Dre, MC Ren, DJ Yella, and Ice Cube, included Eazy-version E’s of the song.

Ice Cube authored half of the album’s songs and rhymes for Dr. Dre and Eazy-E, as well as the group’s debut album, “Straight Outta Compton,” released in 1988. However, he was only compensated $32,000 for his efforts.

The inability of the group to overcome issues concerning Ice Cube’s wages and formal contracts resulted in his departure from the group.

Ice Cube’s debut solo album, “AmeriKKK’a Most Wanted,” was released in May 1990 and became an instant hit, taking advantage of rap’s enormous popularity at the time. His EP “Kill at Will” (became a first hip hop EP) went platinum in the same year it was released.

Ice Cube released his second album, “Death Certificate,” in the year 1991. Audiences and critics were split by the film.

Originating from his compilation album Greatest Hits, his estimated earnings is $550,000 and $1,65M from his album raw footage. No wonder why Ice Cube worth a lot!
