So, what is Greg Luther’s background that qualifies him as a mastermind? Let us have a look. According to the Gregluther.com’s about page, as a real estate agent, Greg bootstrapped his business from the ground up, taking a $1,500 loan to obtain his real estate license.
Even in the face of bargain brokerages, he quickly became one of the top paid agents in America, securing clients at fees ranging from 7% to 10%. Indeed, Greg is not your average agent.
After observing veteran agents also struggling, despite the fact that they had been doing this for over ten years, he resolved to develop a better technique because the ordinary agent couldn’t teach him to be effective.

Now, he does appear to be a successful businessman, so I wanted to check what he had to offer, so I went to gregluther.com to see if he had a free trial or something.
I arrived here after clicking the Free Weekly Webinar option at the top of the page.
I entered my information and was shocked to be directed to this video right away.
After 20 minutes of him describing his achievements and accomplishments, he eventually came to the point, and I was not impressed, but I chose to explore what was included with his Inner Circle Coaching Program.
I returned to the homepage and picked the Training Programs link to check if there was a more extensive description or something in that sequence.
How Does Greg Luther Coaching Work?

Luxury Agent Mastery
The Luxury Agent Mastery course is designed for agents who want to work with wealthy customers. You will learn the exact steps Greg and his top-level students took to raise their income significantly.
After completing the Luxury Agent Mastery, you will be eligible to take the Premier Luxury Marketing (PLM) Certification test. This Certification is only available to 1% of all agents in the United States. It’s sometimes referred to as “The Greg Luther Inner Circle.”

What Do Others Think About The Inner Circle?
I searched Reddit for reviews on Greg Luther’s Inner Circle Coaching and came up empty-handed, so I went to BiggerPockets, where there are multiple reviews and comments.
Other than BiggerPockets, the only good reviews I could discover were on his site or a site to which the reviews were linked from his site. This makes me wonder how valuable his courses truly are.

Greg Luther is not a scam. You will get coaching and training resources for the payment you give them. If you are new to the industry, you can learn a lot from other successful agents or coaches.
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful real estate business… But there are better ways to build a business other than with real estate.
Is Greg Luther Coaching Legitimate?
Greg Luther’s instruction is legit. But I don’t think he’s the most sought-after mentor and business coach in the real estate industry right now.
Self-professed gurus would say anything to market their product. They earn additional money by teaching people how to do stuff.
I’m not claiming Greg Luther is a scam. I’m telling you, this is simply another real estate course like the thousands of others available online. It may work for some people but not for others.
If you’re a passive real estate investor, Greg Luther’s coaching program will be of little or no use to you.
Greg Luther is a successful & efficient real estate agent. To say Greg is the “most sought-after” mentor in the real estate industry is an exaggeration in my opinion.
But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming a real estate investor, you’ve got way better options than Greg Luther.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think real estate is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?
Where this Greg Luther falls short is in scalability. Because in order to make a good amount of money with real estate, you have to own several different houses.
And who has that kind of capital to start?
