Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

What Is Gonzy?

Gonzy is a marketing platform designed for marketing agencies and similar businesses to acquire more customers and streamline fulfillment.

Essentially, it’s taken many popular tools for agencies and similar businesses and combined them, making Gonzy a one-stop-shop for marketing agency growth.

From functionality that allows you to stay up with your most engaged prospects, a prospect list generator that offers the ability to pull a list of hundreds of potential clients in seconds, to an all-in-one communication hub for your entire team; all of these functions (and more, but we’ll get to that later) make Gonzy one of my favorite marketing platforms.

Not only does it allow you to combine many necessary tools to run an effective, efficient marketing agency; it also optimizes the most important aspects of any business on the planet, sales and fulfillment.

Also, a small note worth mentioning is that the learning curve is minimal. I was able to get into the app and had a prospect list generated within 30 minutes. And I’m not the most tech savvy person out there!

Who Is Gonzy For?

First and foremost, Gonzy is a marketing software made by marketers, for marketers. It’s why the concept of Gonzy was even thought of.

However, Gonzy can be used by any business and/or team that’s looking to make their sales and fulfillment systems more effective and efficient, because it is a complete solution for anyone that’s looking to elevate these sections of their business to the next level.

The bonus is that Gonzy offers you the ability to consolidate some of the tools you may already be using. Whether it’s team communication tools like Slack or pipeline management tools like Pipedrive, now you can combine multiple tools into one, therefore streamlining your operation.

How Gonzy Works

When breaking down how Gonzy works at a high level we need to break it down into two main sections: Prospecting & Sales and Fulfillment.

For this walkthrough I’ll just assume that you’ve already got a niche in mind that you want to target. Now let’s take a walk.

Prospecting & Sales

Prospect List Generator

We start off with one of Gonzy’s stand out features in my opinion. What I like to call the prospect list generator.

When you have a niche that you want to target, Gonzy allows you to insert said niche, and also choose a location.

Gonzy will then pull all of the businesses that are located in that area and niche. I know, huge time saver compared to scraping websites or the SERPS looking for businesses in the area.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE *infomercial voice*

The coolest thing about Gonzy’s prospect generator feature is that it doesn’t just pull the names of businesses, it also pulls more information that can be critical to you learning the information you need to know about your prospects.

Things like email, phone number, Google Business Profile (GBPs), social profile pages, whether they’re currently running ads (hello downhill prospecting!), and more.

All in one place!

The Pipeline

An easy, drag-and-drop sales pipeline feature.

The 6-stage pipeline is made up of their proven sales process: Cold Call/Outreach, Screencast, Follow Up, Deep Dive, Proposal, Close.

On the surface it just looks like a really simple way to keep your sales pipeline organized, but there are also automation features that you can attach to each step of the process right inside of the pipeline view.

For example, with just a few clicks I was able to create an email template that I wanted to send out at a specific time each time I moved a prospect to the Follow Up stage.

Furthermore, you’re given the ability to assign prospects to different members of your sales organization! So if you have two people on your team responsible for sales, then you can create different lists or pipelines for those team members to work!

Proposals & Invoices

This step / feature once again reinforces that Gonzy is a one-stop-shop for marketing agencies.

The software gives you the ability to upload proposal templates and invoice templates, customize whatever you need to customize depending on the client and roll from there.

Furthermore, Gonzy has a direct integration with Stripe. This means you’ll be able to manage not only the initial invoice from inside the app, but also billing for the lifetime of each client forever.

Prospect To Client

At the end of the day, Gonzy allows you to move any business from the infancy stages of being a prospect, to closing that deal, moving into fulfillment and managing the billing process for the lifetime of the deal.

It’s very surprising because there are many tools out there that marketing agencies have been using for years, if not decades, but you can’t point me in the direction of one that manages prospecting and sales processes as well as this one.

And it’s an all-in-one bundle!

Features That Make Gonzy An Attractive SaaS For Agencies

Gonzy has some features that make it unique amongst all software products, but it also has an array of features that allow you to consolidate the tools you need to operate your agency and set it up for growth.

Noteworthy features include the following:

Sales & Prospecting

Hot Deals

The Hot Deals function is held within the prospecting / sales dashboard in the app. Think of it as a push notification feature just like we all have on our smartphones today.

Speed to lead.

Marketers are consistently preaching this to their clients because you know that the hotter a lead is when you get to it, the higher the likelihood of it becoming a customer.

Hot Deals gives you the ability to stay on your prospects that are engaging with you the most, sending you automated push notifications when a prospect responds to a follow up automation!

Sales Team Communications

Obviously one of the most important aspects of any growing agency is team communication and alignment. As your team continues to grow, so does your list of assignments and lines of communication

Gonzy allows you to onboard your own sales team members into the prospecting & sales sides of the software, therefore keeping them out of the fulfillment side (more on that next) if you choose to do so.

Here your sales team can communicate with each other and you. Furthermore, you’ll be able to set up separate sales pipelines for each team member and allow them to work on prospects that you feel will result in more conversions for your agency!

Fulfillment

Task Assignment & Management

The task assignment and management functionalities inside of Gonzy allow you to increase productivity, while making sure fulfillment gets done correctly the first time.

Get detailed on the assignments you give your team members, deadlines for when they need to be completed and more.

Calendar & Integration

Gonzy’s built in calendar is great for being able to see due dates and when assignments need to be completed at a high level. Allowing you and your team to plan accordingly.

No one likes to be surprised by a forgotten deadline!

As an added benefit, Gonzy integrates with popular calendar apps like Google Calendar. Hook up your Google Calendar inside of Gonzy and you’ll be able to see any other activities / due dates originating from your Google Calendar.

Water Cooler

Forget the days of needing separate communication channels for your fulfillment team. The Water Cooler feature allows you and your team to converse, while keeping those conversations organized by client.

So that way all anyone needs to do is enter the client fulfillment dashboard, head to the Water Cooler and be updated on communications regarding the client with just a few clicks!

Manage Billing

Gonzy comes with complete billing integration using Stripe, that way you never have to leave the platform to manage invoice amounts, billing cycles, payment methods, and more.

Giving you your own client billing dashboards for your agency!

Bonuses ($12,000 Total Added Value)

There are a few bonuses that are included when you purchase Gonzy. Those are the 6 Steps To Close Client Kick Starter System, dedicated coaching and client acquisition templates. I’ll break down each of those below:

6 Steps To Close Client Kick Starter System ($6,000 Added Value)

With the Client Kick Starter program (and therefore the 6 Steps To Close) you get Joshua Osborne’s proprietary sales system for marketing agencies.

His sales system alone has produced thousands of 6 and 7 figure earners in the digital marketing space.

In addition, you’ll have access to an entire training / education portal where you’ll be walked through everything sales related; from picking a niche, building a proper prospecting list, to putting together a proposal, closing a client and onboarding that client.

Gonzy alone is a great addition to your agency, but getting the sales training behind it will give you what you need to reach 6 and 7 figures in your agency.

Coaching ($5,000 Added Value)

1-on-1

You’ll have personal access to 6 and 7 figure earners that are already using Gonzy in a 1-on-1 setting.

Group

You’ll have community support alongside those that are currently using Gonzy within the Client Kick Starter program via a dedicated education / support platform.

Live Q&A

Live Q&A sessions happen 3 times per week on the dedicated education / support platform. These are conducted by other 6 and 7 figure agency owners that have used Gonzy to grow their business as well.

Client Acquisition Templates ($1,000 Added Value)

You’ll receive prospect outreach and acquisition templates that have been used successfully alongside the 6 Steps To Close sales system for years.

These are designed to make outreach plug-and-play so you’re able to jump in and start prospecting for new clients immediately!

How Much Does Gonzy Cost?

The cost of Gonzy is currently $297 per month, but is expected to rise in the future.

There are no further paywalls with the software or additional tiers that you’ll need to worry about being upsold into either.

But, is it worth it?

In my opinion, Gonzy is absolutely worth it.

Let’s forget all of the features that are unique to the software for a second, and just touch on other tools that you’ll be able to cut and consolidate.

Team communication tools like Slack, Trello, Asana. Gone.

Pipeline management tools like Pipedrive. Gone.

Project management tools like Basecamp. Gone.

So just taking the consolidation aspect into consideration will more than pay for Gonzy alone! And this is true for marketing agencies that are already operating with tens if not hundreds of clients!

What about the prospect list generator that saves HOURS in scraping or surfing the SERPs to find prospects to email or cold call? Instead, you and your team will be able to spend 99.99999% of that time doing what actually grows the agency.

And the coaching that comes as a bonus within the Client Kickstarter program!

Having the processes and tools needed to get to your final destination is one thing, but having other people that have already followed the same roadmap guiding you along the way would change the game for anyone.

And it’s included free.

Alternatives To Gonzy

I wanted to list some possible alternatives for you below. But it’s very important to note that none of these are true alternatives because none of them have all of the features that are included with Gonzy.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a sales pipeline management tool. It’s pretty darn good at doing what it was built for, which is managing sales pipelines. It’s also a drag-and-drop solution for managing prospects, but it doesn’t come with the robust automation capabilities of Gonzy, nor the ability to assign team members to specific pipelines or prospect lists.

Most importantly, Pipedrive doesn’t have the ability to generate prospecting lists for you with the click of a button. That’s left for you to do manually.

GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel is the most robust alternative on this list, but it still differs from Gonzy enough to make it a difficult direct comparison.

GoHighLevel is a marketing and business management platform which is designed to make marketing campaigns run a lot smoother and more efficiently.

The issue with a comparison is that they both focus on different things that are important to marketing agencies.

GoHighLevel is really good at helping to build funnels, websites, email marketing automations, SMS marketing campaigns, etc.

But it completely fails to address the most important aspect of any business, let alone a marketing agency.

Sales.

If you don’t have a solid sales process with impeccable pipeline management then you’ll never get to a point of needing a bunch of fancy marketing automations. And at the end of the day, won’t be able to grow your agency to new heights!

So with that said, GoHighLevel is a very popular marketing software and for good reason. But if you’re asking me to pick between the two, Gonzy would be my choice as a first buy.

GoHighLevel would be a good option in addition to Gonzy in my opinion.

Basecamp / Asana / Trello

Basecamp, Asana and Trello are all project management tools that meet team communication, and they’re really effective at what they’re designed to do. But the noteworthy features end there.

You’ll be able to keep clients' activities organized when it comes to fulfillment, but they won’t do anything for you when it comes to driving more sales.

Slack

Slack is a very effective platform for team communication. As an active user for a separate business, I can give it props for delivering on what it’s intended to be.

This is the toughest alternative to make a case for because it’s very limited compared to the others on this list.

Team communication is just one of the many bases that Gonzy will cover for your agency.

Final Thoughts

At the end of the day, I highly recommend Gonzy for anyone with the desire to grow their marketing agency.

It comes equipped with everything that you need to make your agency more efficient, and effective.

It's the only tool that I've found on the market that targets both of the major areas that any marketing agency deals with: sales and client fulfillment.
