  • The strategy may be presented as overly easy, which means this could lead to unrealistic expectations.
  • There are huge financial risks with BRRRS, which means you can potentially lose money.

Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

TLDR - What’s The Verdict On Faster Freedom Mentorship

Sam Faster Freedom Review

Alright, for the skimmers out there who just want the bottom line on whether to dive into Faster Freedom Mentorship or not, here's the scoop:

No, I don't recommend jumping into Faster Freedom Mentorship.

Sure, Sam Primm might be killing it in the real estate game, but that success isn't a one-size-fits-all guarantee. Navigating real estate is like a tightrope walking across a canyon. One mistake, and you could end up in a financial free fall.

Now, let's make it clear, I'm not saying that Sam is out there to scam you. Sam probably had good intentions with Faster Freedom Mentorship.

Yet, there are other programs out there that are less of a gamble, more convenient, and even semi-passive.

If you're curious about those programs, check them out here.

Who Benefits From Faster Freedom Mentorship And Who Should Stay Away From Sam Primm?

Sam Primm Reviews

Faster Freedom Mentorship might be a good fit for you if:

  • You're a newbie to real estate investment. You could receive foundational training and guidance to kickstart your journey in the real estate world.
  • If you're already in the real estate game but looking for a different strategy or mentorship to scale your business.

That being said, if any of these resonate with you, you might want to stay away from Faster Freedom Mentorship:

  • You want faster ROI. Sam's strategy is slow and steady in nature. It requires significant time and effort before profits materialize.
  • You don't like to take big risks. BRRRS involves large financial risks, especially when you inaccurately estimate property value, rental income, and renovation budgets.
  • You can't commit time and effort. Finding and managing renters is a labor-intensive task. As you expand, the workload may increase, necessitating the hiring of a property manager.

If you find this course does not fit you, you can check out other real estate programs like Brian Page BNB Formula, Pace Morby course, or Jerry Norton real estate.

Sam Faster Freedom Review: 1,000 FT View Of This Business Opportunity

Business Model

The Faster Freedom Mentorship operates under the real estate business model.

The real estate business model is like a strategic game. You, as an investor, make a profit through property ownership and management. You identify properties that have potential for value appreciation. If you will have it as a rental, it has to be in a good location.

The real game starts once you buy a property. You can do property development. You can do renovations or effective management to boost its value. Rental income from tenants becomes a key source of ongoing revenue.

Then you might choose to sell properties when market conditions are favorable. Success in real estate hinges on a combination of factors. You need to spot market trends to seize opportunities for financial gain.

While real estate can bring significant returns, it demands a large upfront investment. You also need to navigate its challenges to optimize profitability.

Faster Freedom Mentorship's BRRRS Method

Sam Primm Real Estate

The program claims to achieve financial independence through real estate without spending your own money. You can achieve this by using the BRRRS strategy. BRRRS is an acronym that stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Scale.

Buy

It's all about finding those hidden gems of distressed properties that you can snag at a sweet discount.

Discounted properties from wholesalers are also an option. They're all over the place - you can find them on meetup.com, eventbrite.com, or even in Facebook groups.

Networking with other real estate investors is a fantastic way to discover properties.

Another option is to display bandit signs. Get ready to learn over 30 different ways to search for these properties with the mentorship.

If you want to foot the bill for the property, you'll have to seek out a private lender or hard money lender. You can also check out gator method real estate.

Faster Freedom Mentorship has a partnership with a national lender that can provide funding for up to 90% of your deals.

Rehab

It's important to spruce up the distressed property to boost its value and prepare it for renting. Opting for a contractor may come with a higher price tag. Though it can hurry the project timeline to a mere 2-3 months.

Time is crucial when it comes to considering factors such as holding cost and carrying cost. It's always a good idea to get three bids when hiring contractors. You have to make sure you receive a fair and competitive price.

Sam shares three benchmarks to help determine if a property is worth considering.

  • Cosmetic repairs - Just need a little sprucing up. Surface level work like painting, flooring, and installing new fixtures. The estimated cost per square foot is between $10 and $15.
  • Right in the middle - This one needs cosmetic repairs and other labor-intensive tasks such as kitchen or bathroom renovations. The estimated cost per square foot is around $30 - $35.
  • Full gut rehab - This is a total transformation. The mentorship program has a partnership with a national lender that can cover the entire cost of your rehabbing project. How awesome is that?

Sam Primm Real Estate

Rent

A bad tenant has the potential to completely derail the process and leave you at a loss. It's crucial to select the right tenant.

Dealing with tenant turnover can put a dent in your wallet when you own a rental property.

The ideal tenants tend to stick around for a good 5-6 years.

Take a close look at four key details when considering a tenant for approval:

  • Income - Make sure your tenants' income is at least three times their net income to prevent early departures or the need for eviction.
  • Credit Score - Discover the ideal credit score that suits your needs. A credit score is a nifty little number that reveals how responsible your tenant is when it comes to managing their debts.
  • Background check - Screen applicants thoroughly to steer clear of those with a track record of serious offenses or rental issues.
  • Landlord Reference - Give the past or current landlords a ring to gather more information and gain some valuable insights on the tenant.

Refinance

If you've been keeping up with the steps, then you've successfully purchased a property at a great price. You might have built up equity, and boosted its value through renovations. And to top it off, you've got it rented out and proven that it's a lucrative asset.

Now you can bring your newly renovated rental property to a small local bank or credit union. Every market has its own little local bank, especially in those charming rural areas.

Scale

Sam provides a concise breakdown of the 5 steps to scale:

  • System and process
  • Community and coaching
  • Accountability
  • Lead flow
  • Extra Funding

The program will teach you the ins and outs of investing in the local market or any market across the United States. Discover the secrets of finding and making deals without ever setting foot on the property with the virtual investing blueprint.

How Much Does Faster Freedom Mentorship Cost?

The home study course is available for $1,997, or you can choose the option of 3 payments of $797.

Personal Opinion On Sam Primm Real Estate Investing

Sam Faster Freedom Review

Hey, if you've been hanging around here at ScamRisk, you know I've been in the real estate programs for a while. So, when I give my opinions on the Faster Freedom Mentorship, it's not hot air. It's based on actual hands-on experience and me seeing the Faster Freedom Mentorship personally.

Lets get one thing straight. When you're out there digging through reviews for real estate programs, it's like stumbling into a loud party of negative vibes. Reddit, Trustpilot, BBB, ad comments – you name it.

Why?

Well, the ones shouting are often the people who didn't have the best time. Here's the kicker. Just because someone had a bad experience, doesn't automatically make the course seller (Sam Primm in this case) a scammer.

So, if you're swimming in a sea of reviews and can't figure out who's who, how do you make the call?

Here's my take on picking a real estate program, whether it's Faster Freedom Mentorship or something else:

  1. Check if the guru's been in the trenches: Does Sam Primm know his stuff because he's been knee-deep in the real estate business?
  2. Look for a community: Running a business isn't always a walk in the park. Having a team to lean on during the tough times? Priceless. So, check if there's a private Facebook group or some coaching action.
  3. Bang for your buck: It's not just about the cost. It's also about what you get in return. What's included? Videos, assets, templates, bonuses—are they worth it?
  4. Honesty about costs and add-ons: No one likes surprises, especially the wallet kind. Make sure the program owners are straight-up about ongoing costs. Also whether they're trying to upsell you every other week.
  5. Check the success stories: Before you jump in, snoop around for the financial victories of the people in online communities. Public opinion matters, sure, but look through the lens I just handed you.

My Recommendation On The Faster Freedom Mentorship

Sam Primm Reviews

So, if we already know how to gauge a program like Faster Freedom Mentorship, let's apply these criteria to this program specifically.

Let's start with the positives:

Sam Primm has been in the real estate program for many years, so the experience of the guru is a positive.

Real estate often appreciates over time, providing a potentially lucrative return on investment, especially in the long run.

Now, the negatives:

Here are the top four reasons why I don't recommend Sam Primm's Faster Freedom Mentorship:

  1. High-Risk Venture: As outlined in this Forbes article, real estate is inherently a high-risk venture. Market fluctuations, economic conditions, and unexpected events can impact property values and rental income.
  2. Capital and Time Intensive: Starting a real estate business requires a significant upfront investment of both capital and time. This includes property acquisition, renovation costs, and ongoing management.
  3. Operational Challenges: Managing a real estate business involves dealing with legal issues, property maintenance, and tenant management. As you scale, the workload increases, requiring more time and effort.
  4. Delayed Profits: Real estate is often seen as a long-term investment, and turning a passive income into significant profits can take time. Patience and a strategic approach are essential.

What’s Inside Faster Freedom Mentorship

Sam Faster Freedom Review

There are two different types of training available:

CoRP Online

Here's what you'll get in the package:

  3. An action plan tailored just for you, courtesy of their team.
  4. Get access to wide range of software and affiliate partners.

Faster Freedom Mentorship

Applying for the mentorship is like other "premium" courses where you need to schedule a call. During this call, they'll gather your information and offer you their mentorship.

The mentorship program is priced at $7,500. They offer flexible financing options to make it more accessible.

Here's what the mentorship program includes:

  1. The complete bundle that comes with CoRP Online.

  3. Enjoy five group community coaching calls that last between 60-90 minutes each.

Conclusion - To Buy Or Not To Buy

No. I don't recommend buying Faster Freedom Mentorship.

When you break down what you're getting against what you're paying for in the Faster Freedom Mentorship ($7,500), it kinda feels like there might be other programs out there that offer more bang for your buck and a tad less risk on your end.

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?

Digital Leasing

I have spent years researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.

Why?

1) It’s Flexible: Real estate can be a real grind. It demands your time, a good chunk of money, and serious effort to hit success.

Now, flip the script to digital leasing – it's a whole new ball game. Got a spare hour each day? You're in. Ready to go all-in, full-time mode? That works too. Sure, the more hours you toss in, the quicker you see the wins.

But even with just a sprinkle of daily time, you can still nudge that needle in the world of Digital Leasing.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

Flipping and wholesaling are full-time jobs (and more), no matter what any real estate guru tells you. You always have to be searching for deals, because if you stop, so does the money.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: In the Faster Freedom's BRRRS method, you do have a kind of ownership over the properties, but the catch is there's often a hefty amount of debt tied to real estate investments.

This means the property isn't entirely yours; a lender can take it away if you miss a payment. Moreover, loan payments significantly impact your profit margins.

With Digital Leasing, you outright own the assets with an impressive 90-95% profit margin.

This translates to having complete power and control without the looming threat of lenders or the profit-eating nature of loan payments.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: With Faster Freedom, you need to pay $7500 just for the mentorship alone. Expenses will pile up as soon as you start looking for properties.

With digital leasing, did you know that you can start with zero dollars upfront?
Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket...even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Minimal Ongoing Expenses: With Faster Freedom's BRRRS method, monthly expenses can skyrocket. Juggling loan payments, ongoing maintenance, and repairs. Not to mention the potential headache of going through the eviction process.

This can thin out profit margins. And let's not forget the double whammy when a unit sits empty. You're not just facing the costs of turning it over, but there's also a dry spell until the next tenant moves in.

With Digital Leasing, a 100% online business with minimal maintenance and ongoing costs, you never even have to think about that risk.

5) Easy To Duplicate: With traditional real estate, the more you scale, the more work you have to put into it.

That's why I choose to go digital.

Once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with traditional real estate investing, you’d have to double your monthly rent, double your deals/number of units OR double your profit margins. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

6) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either...a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Faster Freedom which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Leasing.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.
