Entre Institute Review 2022

Entre Institute Review: Introduction

Do you want to start your own business online but don’t know how?

You might want to consider taking an online course to know more about starting online businesses before diving into one.

There are a number of online courses and one of them is being offered at the Entre Institute.

This Entre Institute review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Table of Contents

Pros: What I Liked

  • Jeff Lerner-designed courses - You will learn directly from Jeff Lerner on how to make money online via an affiliate program, eCommerce, and consulting
  • He has a good track record in business
The Good

Cons: What I Didn't Like

  • Hidden fees - The basic Entre Institute cost is only $39, which is understandable given that it is mainly motivational
  • As you go through this course, you will be asked to upgrade several times where you will actually learn something valuable
  • The additional costs amount to about $2,000+ worth of upsells
The Bad

In this Entre Institute review, we’ll dive into the pros and cons of the program.

But before that, let’s ask ourselves: Is affiliate marketing even a worthwhile business model?

On the one hand, the promise is great…

You don’t have to create products, worry about fulfillment, customer service, or bad reviews.

Your only job is to get the right customers in front of the right offer and take a commission when they buy.

And – theoretically – you can do it all in an hour a day from the beach.

Sounds simple, right?

Well, not really. Driving traffic (that’s internet speak for getting customers) is single-handedly the hardest part of the entire marketing process.

Later in this review, we’ll talk about all the different skills you need to drive traffic successfully.

For now, let’s just say the promise doesn’t really match up with reality.

At best, affiliate marketing is a job. You’re working for someone else, selling their products, and at any time, they can change your commission structure or block you from selling their stuff entirely.

In this business, you don’t really own or control anything. Since – for the most part – you’re driving traffic (again, the hardest job of all) and sending it to someone else, you don’t even get to keep the customers, who are the most valuable piece of the puzzle.

At worst, affiliate marketing is a pyramid scheme. There are certain – ahem – programs that charge you a monthly “membership fee”, under the guise that you will learn how to be a “wealthy affiliate marketer”.

Once you join, however, you find out the only way to really make money is by being an affiliate for that program.

That’s pretty much the textbook definition of a pyramid scheme.

Now, let’s say you really want that hour-a-day-work-from-the-beach lifestyle.

What if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?

An income stream that doesn’t require:

  • Thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours before seeing your first dollar
  • Doing all the hard work of driving traffic to only get a tiny commission
  • Running your business on someone else’s terms

An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?

An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day testing, tweaking, and risking your money in the hope you can finally start making sales?

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, check out Digital Real Estate.

This is like taking all the good parts from affiliate marketing (however few there are), and putting aside all the bad.

However, if you’d still like to know more about Entre Institute, keep reading.

What To Expect From This Entre Institute Review?

This review will go over the Entre Institute to see if it really is the best marketing course out there.

You’ll learn whether this is the right business for you. And at the end, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding the Entre Institute and affiliate program in general.

But most importantly, you’ll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made them swear off affiliate marketing for good because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

Who Is Jeff Lerner?

Jeff Lerner

Jeff Lerner is not just a musician. He is also an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He is from Houston, Texas. While still in school, he did his passion- playing the piano.

This is how he got big-time entrepreneurs within his circle. He ventured into a number of business attempts that unfortunately ended in failures with debts ballooning to over $400,000 in 2008 at the age of 29. It is when he became a digital marketer that he was eventually able to pay his debts in just 1 ½ years!

All these experiences paved the way for him to be a successful founder and co-founder of numerous companies like:

  • ENTRE Institute – an online education and training company
  • Xurli – a online marketing company listed in Inc 5000
  • 7 Mile Digital – a consulting company

How Old Is Jeff Lerner?

Jeff Lerner was born on March 1, 1979, in Houston, Texas so he is now 42 years old.

What Does Jeff Lerner Do For A Living?

Jeff used to play the piano for billionaire entrepreneurs, which enticed him to be an entrepreneur himself. He ventured into a number of businesses, one of which is the Entre Institute.

As a co-founder of Entre Institute, he teaches people how to make money online. You can say that Jeff Lerner is very successful in the business world. However, there are mixed feedback about him. Some say he is a scammer while some sing his praises. We will review this more in a bit.

Jeff Lerner's YouTube channel

How Much Is Jeff Lerner Net Worth?

Jeff Lerner takes pride that he started as a broke jazz musician and is now earning money online to the tune of $100 M! His current net worth, though, is not available online.

How Can I Contact Jeff Lerner?

Jeff Lerner is very visible online. You may contact and engage with him through his social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

For your personal professional physical step up, you can also connect with him as well when you enroll in his courses at the Entre Institute.

Entre Institute Reviews

Jeff Lerner / EntreInstitute YouTube

You may have seen Jeff from one of his ads then decided to check out his YouTube channel. Upon viewing his channel, you’ll notice that he has 78,000+ subscribers!

At first glance that’s really impressive, but when you do some digging, things get kind of weird.

You see, most of his videos only have about 1000 views…and those are the older ones. Videos less than a week old only have a couple hundred views at best.

Why is that weird?

Well, according to this tubular labs article, you should be seeing about 14% of your subscribers watching each video.

There are other metrics you can look at & golden ratios…but for now let’s focus on views.

So we should be seeing roughly 10,000 views per video on Jeff’s YouTube channel, however we’re seeing maybe 1000 views on videos that are months old or roughly 10x less the viewership we should be seeing.

Jeff Lerner YouTube

Why might that be?

Well it could be that Jeff just has insanely bad luck. Which is a possibility, some channels simply just don’t hit the spot with a YouTube audience…so that’s one option.

Another possibility is that his students are mainly in the group watching content there instead of his YouTube channel.

But, something that one does need to consider is that Jeff MIGHT be buying subscribers and that would account for the disparity between subs and views.

Some evidence that this MIGHT be the case is his constant daily subscriber rate. You can check that out here on social blade.

Most YouTubers do not get the same amount of subs every single day. He’s constantly getting 20 per day. If you look at other creators, their new subscriber additions vary tremendously throughout the month and are almost never the same. So, it just adds to the possibility of it not being organic.

This is not uncommon in the marketing industry. Companies do things like this all the time to make themselves look bigger than they actually are.

It’s not just marketing either. In fact, just recently it was uncovered that Joe Biden had 11 MILLION bot accounts as followers.

Overall, the point is that sometimes people buy followers/subs to make themselves look more popular and position themselves better.

Again, we want to be clear, we are not saying that this is what he’s doing. He could just have bad luck or most of his students are watching inside his programs. We just wanted to provide a comprehensive overview of his channel metrics.

Jeff does seem to put out consistent, quality, videos on a regular basis which we think is awesome!

Entre Institute Review: What Is Entre Company?

The Entre company’s official name is the Entre Institute which was founded in 2019.

Besides giving online education and how to make money online, it is a high-ticket marketing platform.

If you are currently doing online marketing, you may find something from their affiliate marketing courses that will fit your need.

Entre Institute Review: What Does Entre Institute Do?

Entre Institute offers variety of business courses

The Entre Institute is a company that offers online education in business. Jeff Lerner is the brains behind the courses at the Entre Institute.

He created the Entre Blueprint which highlights 4 important things: his failures, knowledge, wisdom, and success. This is composed of 6 modules in video format.

Once enrolled at the Entre Blueprint, the Entre Institute’s front-end product, you will need to upgrade your membership continues to get full access to the complete program.

The $39 fee is only the initial one-time cost. As you upgrade, you will incur additional costs amounting to about $1,997+ worth of upsells.

So you start with a low-ticket item, the Entre Blueprint, and go towards the high ticket programs. They’re not being upfront about the total fees is what makes a lot of people think that the Entre Institute is a scam.

This begs the next question – Is the Entre Institute legit?

Entre Institute Review: Is The Entre Institute A Scam?

Is It A Scam

So, is Entre Institute a scam? Not technically. You can make money with this program, but making money with affiliate marketing definitely isn’t as easy as the company makes it sound.

Driving traffic is extremely difficult. In order to do it successfully, you need to at least understand all these things, if not be a ninja at them:

  • Copywriting
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Content Writing
  • Website Building
  • Conversion Optimization
  • Automation
  • Email Marketing
  • Click Tracking
  • Retargeting/Remarketing
  • SEO
  • Backlinking

And a lot more.

There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual commissions are pretty small.

Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.

But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months and then your reward is a $50 commission, it’s not really worth it.

What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

And what if you only needed 1 or 2 of the above skills to get started, instead of mastering all 12 before seeing your first dollar?

And what if you actually didn’t need to wait 3 months? What if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?

And what if you could double it next week?

Well, that’s the power of Digital Real Estate

Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.

Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

If this sounds more like the type of life you want to lead, just click here to find out more about Digital Real Estate.

Just like any other affiliate marketing course or digital business online, you’ll be given an affiliate link to promote the course and hopefully earn some affiliate sales in the process.

The tough part is that Entre Institute / Jeff Lerner sort of sells a stress free life through the help of his courses.

While you can be successful with what he offers, it’s tough to get the support you need. After all, you’re sold Jeff on the front of his marketing…but get hired coaches and not much access to him once you’re in.

Not to mention what his coaches teach are pretty saturated.

Digital Real Estate is a better solution because the coaching is direct and the model is not saturated.

On top of that, you’re helping the brick and mortar business!

If you’d like some more info, you’ll find it below.

Entre Institute TrustPilot

Entre Institute TrustPilot

So given all those course options…what are the people saying about entre institute? Let’s head over to the trustpilot page to find out…

Clearly a 4.8/5 is not bad at all!

However, a score so high does seem a little fishy…especially with 65 reviews.

Now is it possible that Jeff has pleased every single customer?

Absolutely it’s POSSIBLE.

Is it likely though?

Most people would say probably not. Besides, every single one of us knows that it’s impossible to please EVERYONE. Even if you’re doing things right, you’re bound to ruffle some feathers along the way.

As a general rule of thumb when looking through various customer reviews on trustpilot, google reviews, and the BBB… you should look for at least some bad reviews.

Simply put, not everyone is perfect. People will mess up, and it’s ok to see that because it’s authentic.

Obviously you don’t want to choose to do business with someone who’s got nothing but bad reviews, clearly that’s something you should avoid.

But no bad reviews makes the skeptic wonder if bad reviews were removed or taken down.

One way to solve this skepticism would be to allow disgruntled reviews to stay live and to address them in the public forum.

This not only shows your ability as a business to handle criticism, but it shows your willingness to accept someones unhappiness and rectify the situation.

Again, we’re not saying Jeff is having negative reviews taken down on the entre trustpilot page…we’re just saying that in the online marketing space where people tend to be pretty cut throat with their reviews, it’s rare to not come across at least one bad review on a trustpilot like website when looking any guru up.

How Do I Start Affiliate Marketing As A Beginner?

As a beginner in any internet business, it will definitely be beneficial for you to enroll in digital marketing courses.

There are quite a number of courses online that you can choose from depending on your objectives and budget.

If budget is the main concern, you can just opt to subscribe to Jeff’s YouTube channel which has 75,600 subscribers! He shares his knowledge and experience in earning money online.

Are There Alternatives To Entre Institute?

Yes, there are plenty of Affiliate Marketing Business programs and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model.  Here are just a few:

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2022?

Digital Real Estate

Our review team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Real Estate is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With Affiliate Marketing, you don’t really own anything. You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own customers.

Look at the fine print for most affiliate agreements. At any point, the company can change your commission structure, reduce your profit margins, or kick you out entirely.

With Digital Real Estate, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with affiliate marketing, you’d have to double your traffic, double the average order size of each customer, OR double your commission rate. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With affiliate marketing, you’re selling the product with the best commission rate, NOT the one that’s going to improve the most people’s lives.

And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.

But with Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Entre Institute which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Real Estate.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Real Estate.

  1. Entre Institute seems pretty expensive. I get having to take your own action, but it seems like it’s way too much for the regular beginner to get access to Jeff.

  2. I fell into Entre/Jeff’s funnel a couple months ago. I wound up hopping on a group sales call essentially with their two sales ladies and it was just awkward. I mean it felt very MLM like even though it’s not an MLM. Either way, I decided not to move forward because it turns out that Jeff just hires coaches. I don’t like that idea because I’m wanting to learn from Jeff, but that costs WAYYY too much. Why not make ads with your coaches that the customer will actually be getting?

  3. $29k to actually have access to Jeff?!?!?! I might as well pay for a year at college! I think his ads are misleading if thats the case. He makes everything sound like it’s affordable to startup, and I (among others I imagine) thought he’d be coaching us since he’s the one in the ads. I’m disappointed to say the least.

  4. Dang…I thought Jeff was going to be the one coaching me…not just hired help. Why make me pay for you and then send me over to some knock off? If I’m paying $1997 I want access to the face that brought me in.

    • Excellent writeup. Thanks this really helped me understand this. Holy shite, all those fees are crazy. No wonder he’s a multi-millionaire.
