TLDR – What’s The Verdict On Digital Bankroll?
Digital Bankroll is kind of like affiliate marketing + email marketing + MLM all rolled into one!
The problem is that two of these are notoriously not great ways to make money online, and affiliate marketing has to be done right to be effective.
Email marketing has very poor conversion rates, but you probably already knew that.
Think about it, you know what an email with a sales pitch looks like by now, and it goes straight to your junk or never even gets opened. That’s a huge part of what Matthew Neer is selling you, so it’s already not a great start.
Now, you’ll get a number of “bonus emails” you can send to if you get someone else to buy into Neer’s program, which is where the MLM aspect comes from…but if email marketing is already a hard sell, then MLM’s bad reputation just makes things worse.
On top of all that, Neer will then teach you how to build your own online course, which will, in reality, just be another way for you to bring students under Neer’s umbrella of affiliate sales.
It’s a smart, pyramid-shaped idea with the guru at the top of it – so it’s no surprise Matthew Neer has been making money this way for so long.
None of this sounds like the best deal to me.
If you’re trying to figure out which way is the best way of making big money online, then I gotta recommend you try out Digital Leasing. I stumbled onto it, and it seems like one of those life-changing moves…maybe like buying into Bitcoin back in the early 2010’s.
All you have to do is help small businesses bring in customers, and you stack cash every month! It’s got way more stability and upside than Digital Bankroll, and you actually get a taste of the financial freedom so many gurus are promising.
The students seem extremely passionate about what they’re doing – not just getting by, but creating their own future.
But if you’d like to hear more about my Digital Bankroll review, then let’s keep on rolling.
Who Benefits From Digital Bankroll…And Who Doesn’t?
Area | Score | Description |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 1/5 | It takes time to send out thousands of emails, and takes even longer to see any money from it. |
Level of Control | 1/5 | You work for Matthew Neer, and he can change your commissions at any point. |
Ease of Implementation | 2/5 | It’s kind of easy to send out these emails, but it can take a lot of tedious effort do keep doing it. |
Profit Potential | 1/5 | Very difficult to make money from an email marketing/MLM hybrid. |
Matthew Neer has been grinding out affiliate marketing for a while now, and at this point it’s pretty clear he knows how to market himself and earn a ton of money doing it.
But as we know, just because you can make yourself money, doesn’t mean it makes you a great coach to others. Neer’s program is pretty expensive, which isn’t a big deal as long as you’re getting some nice value out of it and can earn back the money later.
So, how do you know if you’re making the right choice with Digital Bankroll?
Well, Neer’s program might be for you if…
- Sending cold-emails is something you don’t mind doing
- You don’t mind waiting months for a paycheck
- You’ve tried other courses (like Affiliate Marketing Mastery) and want something higher-ticket
But it’s probably not for you if…
- You don’t have the cash for the upfront costs
- Some of the sketchy reviews have you concerned
- You’d had bad experiences with MLM-shaped business before
Digital Bankroll At A 1,000 FT View
Digital Bankroll is unique in that it blends a few different business models together…I’m just not sure how many of them are actually good.
Email marketing is notoriously low-upside, as even email marketing specialists having to admit the marketing click rate is only 2% on average.
You know those calls from people with thick accents trying to sell you something? That’s what you’re doing here, but over email instead. The reality is that you’re most likely gonna be targeting the elderly, or people who don’t really know what they’re doing online.
Not my idea of a good time.
And then you’re basically recruiting people to Neer’s program to do exactly what you’re doing – which means that every email you send is gonna be redundant, and loses value every time you recruit someone.
So even when you win, you lose.
And the cherry on top? Neer will train you how to build your own course, so you can train more affiliates and generate more sales traffic toward his website.
Once you start moving away affiliate marketing and toward something more powerful like local lead generation, you realize how silly all of Neer’s sales pitch sounds.
Why would you choose to wait a long time for affiliate commissions (if you ever see them) who will just end up being direct competition to you anyway?
With Digital Leasing, you’ll have your own business set up in weeks and actually selling something that benefits other local business – customers. This way, you’ll be spending more time with your loved ones, all while selling a product with way more demand than some sketchy MLM-style product.
If it’s financial freedom you’re after, give it a shot!
Who Is Matthew Neer?
Matthew Neer is the creator of the infamous Digital Bankroll program, where he blends email marketing with Multi Level Marketing tactics. He tried working a normal job delivering pizzas as an 18 year old, but he soon realized that he wanted a lot more out of life – so he joined up with some MLMs.
And now he’s worth 7-figures. Not bad!
He started out email marketing in the 2000’s, eventually starting up Digital Bankroll as a way of scaling up his income.
When he’s not marketing on the internet or rolling out events, apparently Neer loves traveling and skateboarding.
How Much Does Digital Bankroll Cost?
So, how much does Digital Bankroll cost?
There are three tiers to the pricing, and things escalate real quick:
- Silver Level: $997
- Gold Level: $5,000
- Diamond Level: $25,000
I wasn’t kidding!
There’s a big difference between $997 and $25,000, so make sure you figure out if any of these tiers are worth it for you.
Digital Bankroll Refund Policy
Not only does Neer apparently not offer refunds, but as you can tell in the screenshot above, his primary targets may include the vulnerable elderly.
This is an inevitable outcome when you’re trying solely rely on an outdated tactic like email marketing!
Personal Opinion On Digital Bankroll
There are so many frauds out there, and I know that people get especially nervous when they hear anything about MLMs.
So…how do we make sure you don’t fall into the wrong program?
- Think about if you can afford the upfront costs
- Question whether you see yourself doing this for the rest of your life
- Look out for student reviews to see what other people are saying
If you can’t already tell, I don’t really like Digital Bankroll at all.
But to be fair, here are 3 things I do like about it:
- Matthew Neer has decades of experience
- Affiliate marketing can work if you do it right
- Technically you can make money at the top of MLMs
…and, on the other hand, 3 things I don’t really like:
- Email marketing should NOT be your main source of marketing
- Affiliate marketing is best with a built-in social media following, not mentioned at all here
- Takes months to get paid, if you ever do earn a commission

“Digital Bankroll scam” pops up all the time in searches, probably because of its reputation and the fact people just wanna make sure they aren’t wasting their time and money.
So, is Matthew Neer running a scam?
It depends what you mean by “scam”.
Some MLMs out there will take money without having any real product for you to sell, which would be a scam.
With Digital Bankroll, technically you’ll learn a thing or two about email marketing and how to run a course…but the product you’ll be selling is Neer’s course.
So, you could say it walks the line, but might not technically be a scam.
The problem I have with Digital Bankroll is that it’s just a terrible business model. Some people try email marketing and MLMs for decades of their life, and still struggle to pay their bills!
That’s doubling down where you messed up.
If you really want some reliable passive income, then you need a real mentor who will walk you through the right business model. Something that gets you paid in weeks, not months or years. If you get into something like Digital Leasing that helps your local community, snowballing your success into guaranteed income that keeps your clients running back for more…
…it might just provide that financial freedom you’re really looking for, where you can stack some cash and watch it roll in every month!
What’s Inside Digital Bankroll?
Here’s a brief list of what you’ll get with each tier of Digital Bankroll:
- SILVER: Done For You templates, 6-week study course, weekly webinars
- GOLD: Private community, 6-week study course, weekly Zoom calls
- DIAMOND: 2 Day Mastermind Weekend in Miami, DFY templates, VIP launch and dinner
Basically, you’ll have to figure out if $25,000 is worth working closely with Matthew Neer and the other head folks at the company.
Conclusion Of My Matthew Neer Review
So, should you drop everything and sign up with Digital Bankroll?
Definitely not.
Again, I don’t have anything against Matthew Neer. He clearly knows how to market himself, and has made a ton of money from his top-down business structure…
…but it’s a really tough business model for students to succeed with.
Back in the 2000’s (when Neer got started), it’s easier to see email marketing working. But these days, people are so used to spammy sales offers all over their computers and phones that they subconsciously filter them out right away.
Spending high-ticket dollars on a low-upside, risky investment is not my style.
Instead, go after something smart and straightforward: Digital Leasing. You bring customers into local businesses, and your wallet gets fatter. Oh, and you won’t have to wait months to see that cash, either!
Who knows, maybe you’ll even work from the beach one day…
What’s My #1 Way To Make Money In 2024?
After exploring various business models, I recommend Digital Leasing for beginners entering the online business world.
- Flexibility: Whether you have just an hour to spare or want to go full-time, Digital Leasing is tailored for “passive income” – more gains with less effort.
- Ownership and Control: Digital Leasing grants you outright ownership of assets, ensuring control and impressive profit margins ranging from 90-95%. With Matthew Neer’s program, you’re forced to sell one thing and one thing only: membership to Digital Bankroll! It’s very limiting, and your commissions can change whenever Neer feels like it.
- Low Startup Costs: You can begin with minimal upfront expenses with Digital Leasing. You might even start earning before spending a dime, and your initial property can go live for less than $100. But with Digital bankroll, you’re gonna be knee-deep in debt from the start, especially if you go with their Diamond option!
- Minimal Ongoing Expenses: Digital Leasing keeps it straightforward with minimal maintenance and expenses.
- Easy to Duplicate: Once your first digital property is up and running, doubling your income becomes a breeze – just a few clicks, keystrokes, and maybe a call away. If you wanted to double up your email leads, you’ll have to pay Neer double just to get ahold of them! And then you’ve gotta send out twice as many emails…it’s just a lot of work for not a lot of reward.
- Helping Real People: Digital Leasing extends beyond numbers, allowing you to support local businesses and make money while genuinely impacting people’s lives. With Digital Bankroll, you’re only helping Matthew Neer.
