TLDR – Is Paperless Agent The Secret Weapon You’ve Needed All Along?

The Paperless Agent promises to be the ultimate secret weapon for real estate agents looking to dominate the digital marketing game.
It’s a comprehensive program that claims to provide you with all the tools, resources, and strategies you need to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads and listings.
At first glance, it sounds like a dream come true – a turnkey solution that takes the guesswork out of digital marketing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals and helping people find their dream homes.
Not so fast there partner…
While the idea of having a done-for-you marketing machine is undoubtedly appealing, we can’t overlook the potential pitfalls and shortcomings of such a system and the real estate business model in general.
Imagine this: you’re a skilled carpenter, renowned for your intricate woodwork and attention to detail. Now, imagine someone offering you a pre-built cabinet, promising that it’s the perfect solution for your craftsmanship.
Sure, it might save you some time and effort, but is it really as good as what you would have built yourself?
Marketing, much like carpentry, is an art form that requires a deep understanding of the underlying principles and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
With The Paperless Agent, you might find yourself relying too heavily on the system and the duplication factors that come along with pre-built marketing messages.
Not to mention the fact that no program can solve the problems that exist in the real estate industry.
Now, before you think I’m dismissing The Paperless Agent entirely, let me offer you an alternative perspective: Digital Leasing.
Digital Leasing is a business model that empowers you to create and control your own digital assets, leasing them out to local businesses in need of your services. It’s a straightforward concept that puts you in the driver’s seat, allowing you to build a sustainable, scalable, and hands-off income stream.
You don’t have to worry about:
- Generating clients all the time.
- Constant market fluctuations out of your control
- Reaching out to FSBOs.
- Getting calls around the clock to show houses after hours.
- Recording videos in the hopes that someone will actually watch it and call you.
No more relying on external systems or gurus promising overnight success. With Digital Leasing, you’ll acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to carve your own path, free from the limitations and potential pitfalls of done-for-you programs.
Keep an open mind about Digital Leasing while you continue reading on about The Paperless Agent system.
Who Benefits From Paperless Agent and Who Doesn’t?

The Paperless Agent’s real estate marketing program is designed to cater to a specific subset of real estate professionals who are looking to take their businesses to new heights.
That said, even if you want to grow your network, this might not be the right way for you to do it. Let’s talk about it:
Who Benefits
- Tech-savvy agents: If you’re comfortable with leveraging digital tools and platforms, The Paperless Agent’s program will resonate with you. Their focus on online marketing strategies, such as social media advertising, email campaigns, and website optimization, aligns well with agents who are comfortable navigating the digital landscape.
- Agents with an established sphere of influence: The program’s emphasis on nurturing your existing contacts and connections makes it ideal for agents who already have a solid sphere of influence. If you have a database of past clients, friends, and family members who trust your expertise, The Paperless Agent can help you maximize your reach and stay top-of-mind.
- Agents who want it “done for you”: The Paperless Agent aims to provide a one-stop-shop for all your marketing needs, from content creation to lead generation and beyond. If you’re looking for a streamlined approach to your marketing efforts, this program could be a perfect fit.
Who Doesn’t Benefit
- Traditional agents: If you’re more comfortable with tried-and-true methods like door-knocking, cold-calling, and networking events, The Paperless Agent’s digital-centric approach might not resonate with you. While the program can supplement traditional tactics, it primarily focuses on online strategies.
- Agents just starting out: While The Paperless Agent’s program can be valuable for new agents, it might be more suitable for those with an existing client base or sphere of influence. If you’re just beginning your real estate journey and have yet to build a solid network, you might want to consider other options that cater specifically to newcomers.
- Agents on a tight budget: While The Paperless Agent’s program is pretty cheap to get rolling and implements mostly free tactics, you still might want to reconsider if you have no money to work with. A lot of the things taught in the program are free elsewhere on sites like YouTube.
All-in-all, this system is built for real estate agents that want to expand their reach online but aren’t sure how to do it.
Training, resources, and templates are built for you to follow so you can start generating more leads without having to make cold calls, knock on doors, or show up to open houses every Sunday.

The Paperless Agent is a real estate marketing program created by Chris Scott, a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Let’s see if his real estate marketing strategies and teachings could actually help you gain an advantage over your competition:
Business Model
At its core, The Paperless Agent teaches a five-step real estate marketing system that revolves around creating valuable content, distributing it through various channels (email, social media, video, etc.), and following up with potential clients using personalized outreach.
The program aims to position agents as local market experts, building trust and credibility with their target audience.
As we know, marketing is a huge part of the real estate business model and you have numerous ways you can do it. You can be more traditional and start dialing homeowners whose listings expired or people trying to sell their homes themselves.
Or, you could implement some of the digital marketing strategies that this program is pitching.
One of the key offerings of The Paperless Agent is its done-for-you approach. Each month, members receive a pre-written blog post, social media content, email templates, and video scripts, all centered around a specific real estate-related topic.
This content is designed to be easily shared and distributed, saving agents time and effort while ensuring a consistent stream of valuable information for their audience.
If you can actually implement this stuff consistently and you have the right leads to send it to, I believe these strategies could work. I just wish there was a little more focus on different real estate skills like Alex Martinez teaches or like you can learn in Real Estate Freedom Summit.
About Chris Scott

There is very little information about this guru but what we do know is that Chris Scott is a marketing guy first and a real estate guy second. He’s run marketing campaigns for real estate agencies all over the country and trains businesses on how to make the most of their marketing. He’s also based out of Austin TX.
It’s a little concerning to me that the guy providing marketing material for real estate agents has never actually worked as one and may not have a true understanding of the real estate business from outside the realm of marketing.
Paperless Agent Cost

As for the Paperless Agent cost, it operates on a monthly subscription model, with pricing starting at $77 per month. This fee includes access to all the program’s features and resources, with no additional upsells or hidden costs.
This is where my red flags go up.
How valuable could these systems actually be if he’s peddling them for $77 per month? That’s so cheap for something that could help real estate agents earn thousands in commissions each month… so why so cheap?
I get it that the point is to attract real estate agents that aren’t having success or that are maybe looking to save some time, but that’s a really cheap price point in my eyes.
In addition to an affordable cost, they offer a full refund if you’re not satisfied with the service after 30 days.
What Makes This Program Different From Everything Else?
What sets The Paperless Agent apart from other real estate marketing programs is its holistic approach.
Rather than focusing solely on lead generation or social media advertising, it aims to provide a comprehensive solution that covers all aspects of digital marketing, from content creation to client retention.
Additionally, the program’s emphasis on a done-for-you model is designed to appeal to agents who may lack the time or resources to create marketing materials from scratch.
But then again, there are other companies out there offering very similar systems like Easy Agent Pro and AgentAdvice. So, to think that these methods are revolutionary in any way is a little naive.
My Personal Opinion

Area of Importance | Score | Takeaways |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 3/5 | Since most of the hard work is being done for you, there isn’t much of a time commitment and all you need to do is implement what Chris gives you. |
Upfront Cost | 4/5 | This system is pretty affordable compared to other done-for-you marketing solutions. |
Learning Curve | 4/5 | There’s no learning curve associated when they do everything for you. |
Profit Potential | 2/5 | Realistically, the potential for profit is there but I have a hard time accepting the fact that these canned resources will make a huge difference in your business. |
While The Paperless Agent certainly has its merits, and the done-for-you approach may seem appealing at first glance, there are a few reasons why I hesitate to put this system on your evening news and pitch it to every agent in the state.
My experience has taught me that true mastery and long-term success in any business endeavor come from a deep understanding of the underlying principles and strategies.
By relying too heavily on pre-made content designed to run on auto pilot, agents may miss out on the opportunity to develop their own unique voice and marketing style, which can be crucial in building a strong personal brand.
Keep in mind, these are social media posts that are bottled and spit out to thousands of real estate agents. It’s going to become repetitive and boring and if you’re not getting attention from homeowners and buyers, what’s the point?
Secondly, the real estate industry is highly competitive, and standing out from the crowd often requires a level of customization and personalization that a one-size-fits-all approach may struggle to provide.
While the content provided by The Paperless Agent is certainly valuable, it may not always resonate with every agent’s specific target audience or local market conditions.
He does not know your market. He doesn’t understand the individual nuances that you struggle with and the system is not personalized enough with one-on-one’s or anything to help him actually gain that understanding.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I’ve found that the most successful real estate agents are those who are able to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with their clients.
While digital marketing is undoubtedly a powerful tool, it should never be a substitute for personal connections and face-to-face interactions. There is a risk that agents who rely too heavily on automated systems may lose sight of this crucial aspect of their business.
- Research your market and make sure this program is the right fit.
- Compare it to other more expensive and personalized services if you can afford it.
- Talk to people in your network and see what they think or do.
Do all of this before pulling out your wallet and committing to the Paperless Agent.
Is This a Paperless Agent Scam?
Let me be clear, there is no Paperless Agent scam.
Chris Scott and his team are legitimate, and they do provide real value in the form of marketing materials, training, and resources for real estate agents. However, that doesn’t mean the program is without its flaws or potential drawbacks.
One of my biggest concerns lies in the fact that Chris Scott, while undoubtedly knowledgeable in marketing, has never actually worked as a real estate agent himself.
This raises questions about how well he truly understands the unique challenges and nuances of the industry, as well as the specific needs and pain points of agents operating in different local markets.
Not to mention the pure reliance on pre-made social media posts and generic content. There are tons of apps and tools out there doing this exact thing and they simply don’t work. They don’t convert.
How well can a third party truly understand and represent your unique value proposition, your personal brand, and the genuine connections you’ve built with your clients over the years?
- Wouldn’t it make more sense to have a personal connection instead of relying on a cookie-cutter approach?
- Wouldn’t it be better to have complete control over your own assets, tailored specifically to your local market and your personal brand?
- Wouldn’t it be more effective to build genuine relationships with your clients?
This is why I recommend Digital Leasing.
It lets you leverage digital assets to create semi-passive income based on your own evolving efforts.
Once your assets are built, profits flow in month after month. And you own everything. You never have to rely on anyone else to navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of online business.
Best of all, there’s no market fluctuations, no late night phone calls, and no chasing after people.

What’s Inside the Paperless Agent System?

The Paperless Agent system is a full suite of real estate marketing solutions. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect to find inside:
Monthly Marketing Campaigns
At the heart of the system is a new, ready-to-use marketing campaign delivered to you each month. This includes:
Blog Posts: They claim to provide well written and expertly researched blog posts that you can post on your website. (keep in mind, they’re not unique to you so I can guarantee they are generic sounding)
Social Media Posts: A set of pre-designed, eye-catching social media posts based on the blog content, ready for you to share on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Email Templates: Professionally crafted email templates that allow you to easily distribute your monthly blog content to your sphere of influence.
Video Scripts: Pre-written scripts that enable you to record short, engaging videos discussing the highlights of your blog post. (this might be the most valuable part of the whole thing)
Personalized Marketing Website
The Paperless Agent provides you with a sleek, personalized marketing website pre-loaded with valuable content.
This website serves as a central hub for your online presence, helping you establish credibility and attract potential clients. You’ll likely need to add your own personal or localized spin to it. Plus, if you don’t understand SEO and local lead generation, the website will start growing cobwebs pretty quickly.
Social Media Post Library
In addition to the monthly social media posts, you’ll have access to a vast library of pre-made graphics, videos, and captions covering a wide range of real estate topics. This library ensures you always have fresh content to share across your social media channels. Again, while this is great, the posts are going to be incredibly generic and will likely raise red flags in most of the younger demographic buying homes these days.
Live Monthly Training
Each month, The Paperless Agent hosts exclusive live training sessions, where you can learn the latest strategies, techniques, and best practices in real estate marketing. These sessions also provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and get personalized guidance.
Video Resource Library
You’ll have access to an extensive library of past training session recordings, covering a wide range of topics related to real estate marketing, lead generation, and client retention. This library serves as a valuable reference and learning resource.
Is Paperless Agent Truly Worth It?
You know, I feel like this program comes so close to being something truly powerful and unique. But, what ends up happening is they just regurgitate social media posts and blog posts with content available all over the internet which ends up watering the whole thing down.
Because of that, I cannot recommend Paperless Agent.
There’s no substitute to the value that real estate agents provide and a big part of that comes from their personal touch and unique interactions.
Most importantly, your local real estate agent knows his or her community better than anyone. So how could any company based out of wherever create blog content and social media posts in a way that appeals to the local market?
They can’t and that’s my biggest problem with this system.
What is My Top Recommendation for Making Money Online in 2025?

We’ve explored the ins and outs of The Paperless Agent’s real estate marketing program, and while it offers some valuable tools and resources, I can’t help but feel that it falls short of expectation.
The real estate industry is highly competitive, and standing out from the crowd requires a level of personalization and authenticity that a one-size-fits-all approach may struggle to provide.
Moreover, true mastery in any business endeavor comes from a deep understanding of the underlying principles and strategies, something that may be missed when relying too heavily on automated systems and pre-made materials.
As I look into this year and the years to come, that’s only going to become more important.
Real estate agents need to provide a solution to a never ending problem which is the fact that people need a place to live.
But with the market constantly fluctuating, financial uncertainty, and fierce competition; real estate isn’t what it used to be.
That’s why I want to introduce you to an alternative business model that I believe has the potential to empower you to take control of your financial future: Digital Leasing.
Digital Leasing involves acquiring valuable digital assets and leasing access to them for ongoing residual income. Here’s why I believe this model is worth considering:
- True Passive Income: With Digital Leasing, money flows in automatically without the need for constant advertising or traffic generation. Your assets continue appreciating in value while paying you like rental properties, thanks to built-in lease agreements. This model is incredibly sustainable in the long run, eliminating the uncertainty and burnout that often plague other business models.
- Minimal Ongoing Work: Unlike traditional online businesses that require constant production tweaks and reactionary changes, Digital Leasing allows for truly hands-off income generation once your assets are acquired and monetized. You can focus on scaling your business rather than being mired in the day-to-day operations.
- Replicable Scale: Duplicating and scaling your Digital Leasing business is a breeze compared to other online models because all you need to do is acquire more assets and lease them out. While replicating a real estate business requires you to find clients, properties, and other people who actually want those assets.
- Helping Real People: Instead of having to push people to do what you want them to, you get to provide solutions to the people that actually want them.
You have the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives while also securing your own time and financial freedom. It’s a clear win-win situation.
