Avisae is an MLM company started in 2013 by Brooks Yates and headquartered in Murray, Utah. Brooks Yates, the creator, has been involved in managing several MLM business model.
Avisae operates in the congested and bustling health and wellness industry, offering various nutritional and beauty products.
The brand’s focus on gut health is one of its distinguishing features, and they refer to themselves as “the love your gut company.”
What Is Avisae Blue Membership?
Visitors to the Avisae website don’t have to buy a membership plan every time they go to the site. This side of the business is simply like any other eCommerce firm.
You can peruse their offerings, and if you find something that piques your interest, you can purchase it.
The Avisae business opportunity requires that you join and sign up as a Blue Member of the company.
The Avisae starter kit is included in this membership. Prices range from as low as $49 to as much as $1,180.
Starting off can be intimidating because of the amount of “buy-in” required from your sponsor, which may lead to purchasing a more expensive and comprehensive kit than you are comfortable with.
Regardless of the initial kit you purchase, the opportunity will work if you believe in it.
There are four (4) main product categories in the Avisae product line:

- Reflexsyons Skincare
- Love Your Gut
- Envai Personal Care
There are four product categories in the Reflexsyons skincare line, including powders and supplements.
If you want to become an Avisae distributor, you may choose from 13 product and business packages ranging from $49 to $1,180.
Packages for possible IBOs seem to be constructed so that you buy in well above the US$49 package.
While having an extensive product line may appear impressive in business, Dr. Jon Taylor, a prominent MLM specialist and analyst considers having more than 5 goods to be a warning flag for Independent Business Owners.
Are Avisae Products Healthy?
That’s a great question, and I’ll gladly leave the answer to the pros.
There is a notable lack of information on their website, with only generic remarks that are very worthless.
Keeping up with the scientific community puts Avisae ahead of the product development curve.
If you read that statement, you get no information. I’m assuming the founder was the Vice President of MonAvie.
MonAvie was prosecuted for false advertising in 2008. To be safe, I’m assuming Brooks Yates withholds the contents and formulation of their goods, especially their health and fitness packs.
This benefits neither the buyer nor the vendor. The digital consumer wants to be well educated, especially when it comes to health.
The knowledge can assist you in selling things as a seller.
Nobody can independently research the ingredients and come to their own judgments until more product information is available.

As an Avisae Distributor, you have up to 8 opportunities to make money.
That way, you can see the Avisae Compensation Plan in action without reading a long monologue.
Retail Bonus
I’ve already touched on this. Direct retail sales are mentioned before.
Selling an Avisae product earns you a 10% commission.
You decide how to sell.
As an Avisae Blue Member, you’ll get your own website and a referral number. Drive website visitors and earn commissions.
Using the internet’s power will benefit you a lot.
Launch Bonus
I also briefed you earlier.
This bonus is offered when you sign up new distributors for the Avisae Business opportunity.
You won’t get a Launch Bonus if your new recruits start with the cheapest starter kit ($49).
You can earn $50 by convincing a new recruit to pay $299 for a more comprehensive starter kit. The more expensive the starter kit, the more significant the benefit.
Your sponsor will push you to get a more expensive starter kit than you are comfortable with. It is in their best interest, not necessarily yours.
If the opportunity works, it works regardless of the starter package or starting place!
Team Business Commissions
This has been briefly mentioned before. This is the key aspect of the business, recruitment.
In the Avisae Compensation Plan, there is a single level of pay.
This compensation structure is straightforward to understand.
You recruit level 1 recruits, sometimes known as frontline or direct recruits. In the image below, they are orange.
This level allows for unlimited wide.
Level 2 recruits are those brought in by direct recruiting.
The uni-level compensation structure continues to infinity or the opportunity’s depth level.
Your pay depends on your team’s sales volume. Your team’s business volume determines your income.
The goal is to assist your team sell and recruiting.
More sales can be made with a larger workforce.
- 300 Sales – 3% Commission
- 600 Sales – 6% Commission
- 1200 Sales = 10% Commission
- 3000 Sales = 14% Commission
- 6000 Sales = 19% Commission
- 12,000 Sales – 25% Commission
The products must be sold. To stay an active consultant, you must hit 150 PBV or buy 100 PBV per month on autoship.
If you don’t match those criteria, you can’t sell.
When distributors urge new members to join up for autoship packages, the opportunity becomes a buyers club.
Is Avisae Accredited By The BBB? Like Some of the Best MLM companies?
I constantly look at how the Better Business Bureau views a company.
This allows me to assess a company’s professionalism and legality and thus my level of trustworthiness.
Avisae is a health product seller. The BBB does not accredit them, although they have an A+ rating.
What Are The Side Effects Of Avisae For Life?
Lack of product information and ingredient disclosure makes determining contraindications and adverse effects difficult, if not impossible.
Is Avisae FDA Approved?
No, In fact, the FDA has not approved any of Avisae’s products at this time.
The FDA does not authorize supplements or foods to treat any human health condition.
Is Avisae A Pyramid Scheme?
I’ve seen a few sites ready to label Avisae a pyramid scheme.
In actuality, Avisae is not a Pyramid scheme. The 1979 Amway judgment stipulates that an MLM opportunity must contain a retail component, which Avisae possesses.
In other words, Avisae is not a Pyramid Scheme.
Is Avisae A Scam?
So, is Avisae a scam?
Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as the company makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual commissions are pretty small.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months and then your reward is a $50 commission, it’s not really worth it.
