But How Did He Make His Money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one? Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new. In other words, it’s a wide-open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet. You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers. Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

early Life

On April 3, 1958, in Amityville, New York, Alexander Rae Baldwin III was born. He is the son of Carol, a social studies teacher, and Alexander Rae Baldwin Jr., a football coach. He is the second oldest of their six children. Daniel, William, Stephen, Elizabeth “Beth”, and Jane Ann Baldwin Sasso are his siblings

As a student in high school, Alec Baldwin developed a passion for football. After that, he attended George Washington University before moving to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts to pursue a career in acting there.

At the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute, he studied with other future stars of the acting world. Baldwin didn’t obtain his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University until the year of 1994. As time went on, he was also admitted into the prestigious New York City acting school, the Actors Studio.

“The Doctors,” a long-running medical drama on ABC, gave him his professional acting debut. When the popular evening soap series “Knots Landing” began airing in 1985, he was cast as a regular. In 1986, he made his Broadway debut in “Loot.”

Kim Basinger, whom Baldwin met on the set of 1991’s “The Marrying Man,” became his girlfriend and then his wife. They tied the knot on the 19th of August, 1993. Ireland was born in 1995, and the couple split in 2002.

He married yoga teacher Hilaria Baldwin on June 30, 2012, at New York City’s St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral. They have six children together: Carmen Gabriela, Rafael Thomas, Leonardo Angel Charles, Romeo Alejandro David, Eduardo Pau Lucas, and Maria Lucia Victoria.

On NBC’s serial series ‘The Doctors,’ he made his debut as an actor, where Baldwin played as a doctor. He succeeded George Carlin as the narrator of the famous animated children’s program Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends in 1988.

In 1986, he had his Broadway debut in the play ‘Loot,’ which he continued to pursue. In Caryl Churchill’s smash blockbuster comedy Serious Money, he next appeared on stage.

On the off-Broadway stage, Baldwin received an Obie Award for Best Actor in 1991 for his performance in Prelude to a Kiss. In 1992, he would return to the screen in a new version of the character.

In 1998, Baldwin returned to the stage alongside co-star Angela Bassett in Shakespeare’s Hamlet at New York City’s Joseph Papp Public Theater, where he played the title role.

In 1987, he made his acting debut in the film ‘Forever Lulu.’ Tim Burton’s quirky comedy “Beetlejuice,” “Married to the Mob,” “Talk Radio,” “Glengarry Glen Ross,” “Working Girl,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Miami Blues,” and “The Hunt for Red October” are some of the best movies that came out after that.

Alec Baldwin’s greatest performance in 2001 came in Pearl Harbor, a film that earned almost $450 million at the box office – despite a harsh critical response. In the same year, he directed and starred in The Devil and Daniel Webster. He is also well known for his Donald Trump impersonation on Saturday night live.

Baldwin has received several honors, including three Primetime Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, and eight Screen Actors Guild Awards. Several of the films he has starred in have been nominated for the Best Picture category.

In addition, Alec Baldwin is well-known for his charitable activities and generosity, making him an ideal candidate for this role. The Carol M. Baldwin Cancer Research Fund is named after him in memory of his mother, who passed away from the disease. A portion of his $14 million income was designated to go to charity while working for Capital One as their spokesperson. Baldwin has made major contributions to theaters, symphony orchestras, and literacy initiatives throughout the years.

For many performers, Baldwin’s success can be traced back to one simple lesson. When it comes to major roles, Baldwin has never sought to be or put pressure on the audience to do so. Instead, he plays a part in a larger cast. He performs at his best when given these kind of roles. It’s also because of his incredible work ethic, which allows him to seamlessly move between television and film, and to let his colleagues take the spotlight when it’s appropriate.
