Our Editorial Process
How We Ensure High Quality Reviews You Can Count On

The Goal
The entire purpose of our review system is to give an accurate representation of what’s contained inside of a given program (or comparable subject matter) to the best of our ability.
We then take those findings, our experiences with similar businesses, and give you our opinions on who the program is a good fit for.
There are countless gurus and courses popping up every day, and our mission is to help you understand which are worth your time, and which aren’t.
In order to accomplish that, we combine our own research with public findings & reviews from actual students of the program.
Every review we write goes through two stages:
- The “Breakdown”
- The “Jury”
The "Breakdown"
Our “Breakdown” reviews are typically shorter and more focused.
We try to gather as much information as we can find about a particular program. Things like price, what’s inside, common alternatives, who the founders are, etc are all featured in this first review.
This information is all informed by information that is accessible on the web, but our team does their best job at scouring all of those resources and compiling them into one area for you to view.
Once the “Breakdown” is published, we open up comments on the page and allow people that have gone through the program to give their own insights.
The "Jury"
Once we’ve found more in-depth information from places like Reddit, Quora, Trustpilot, and reviews left on Scamrisk itself, we make a detailed “Jury” review.
This is where we try to give you a definitive opinion on whether or not the program is worth it.
We have multiple team members, from researchers, to writers, to editors, reading through the article in an attempt to give you our best informed opinion.
