Aaron Rodgers Net Worth (2022 Update)

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, widely regarded as one of the league’s top players, is now one of the world’s highest-paid sportsmen. Rodgers has caught the eyes of recruits long before his college career, and his signing bonus proves it.

He is still viewed as one of the best quarterbacks to ever grace the field. Rodgers threw for a tremendous amount in the 2018 season. Lets look further into his celebrity net worth.

Aaron Rodgers Net Worth

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

In 2002, he graduated from high school and enrolled at Butte Community College, where he played football for the next two years until transferring. At the time, he didn’t get much interest from Division I schools, which he blames on his lack of physical height. After only one year of junior college, he was able to transfer to the University of California, Berkeley, because of his stellar play at Butte Community College, where he threw for 26 touchdowns and led the team to a 10-1 record.

Aaron Rodgers Career Highlights

Rodgers became the Golden Bears’ starting quarterback in game 5 in 2003. (University of California, Berkeley). He established multiple school records and owned the Cal career record for the fewest passes intercepted, 1.95 percent. After throwing 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions as a junior, he chose to enter the 2005 NFL Draft and skip his final year.

Rodgers was convinced the 49ers would take him, the club he grew up loving, but when they took Alex Smith from Utah, he was picked by the Packers as the 24th overall choice. He was Brett Favre’s backup quarterback in his debut NFL season until 2007. He played little throughout this period.

In the debut of his NFL career as a starter, he threw for 4,000 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. He helped the Packers won Super Bowl XLV in 2011. For helping his team win, he was voted Super Bowl MVP.

With a five-year, $110 million contract deal signed in 2013, the Packers and Rodgers became the highest-paid players in NFL history. Rodgers signed a four-year, $134 million contract extension with the Green Bay Packers in 2018. As a result of incentive payments and assured cash flow, the contract will be worth around $180 million.
